- strengthened transnational cooperation between social partners from 5 EU MS and 1 Candidate Country in respect of employee involvement achieved until completion of the project through awareness-raising, networking activities and joint work on the strategic document defining the concrete responses to the challenges posed to workers’ involvement, and presenting the measures to implement them
- the social partners and the social actors at company level from 5 EU MS and 1 candidate country familiarized with EU law and policies as well as working documents in the area of employee involvement and transnational company agreements
- exchange of knowledge and good practices
- improved capacity of EWC members from 5 EU MS to anticipate the economic changes and address challenges in workers’ involvement resulting from changes in the world of work
- good EWC practice spread by codifying and sharing concrete examples of approaches that have worked well in practice, among others through inviting the representatives of the EWCs that work the best, to join the workshops and inclusion of identified good practices in the content of the online course
- the knowledge on the EU law on employee involvement spread across the Candidate Countries, through active involvement of social partners from Serbia and comprehensive dissemination activities targeting candidate countries
- to promote transnational cooperation and build the capacity of social partners from 6 countries to enhance worker involvement in actions within companies to implement the European Green Deal
